The beer pours amber with a burnt orange tint. There is a
short and thin head of light tan. The aroma is mild, caramel, roast malt and
tartness. The taste follows the aromas, roasted and caramel malt, along with
tart, combining to throw off notes of cherry and wood. The finish is dry and
lightly tart. The beer drinks easy with a light tingle of carbonation. So, not
sure what to make of this, it is nice, solid, but not inspiring in any way. It is worth a drink though.
