The beer pours the color of dried apricots. There is about
an inch of white, foamy head, not particularly long-lasting. The aroma is
passion fruit, guava, mango skin, very ripe, with some yeasty fruit esters. The
taste is tangy, citrusy, loads of very ripe and lush tropical fruits. There is
a moderate pine needle bitterness on the finish. The beer drinks smooth and
round, but with a very tingling carbonation. This is a really enjoyable IPA.
