The beer pours a clear yellow golden in color. There is an
inch of white, bubbling, foamy head. The aroma is mild, lemony, over toasted
golden grain. The taste is lemony, grassy, toasted golden grain. It finishes
dry with a mild bitterness. The beer drinks clean, with a refreshing
carbonation. There is not a lot going on here, not much of a pils really, but
the clean grain and lemon makes for a nice, light, summer beer.
