The beer pours a clear, light amber in color. There is about
an inch of foamy, white head. The aroma is dank, earthy, muskiness over light
fruit. The taste follows the aromas, dank and musky, with a tinge of citrus,
leading into a piney bitterness. The finish is very dry, astringent, with
strong bitterness. The beer drinks easy, but it is hard to believe it is 4.8% ABV
with its big, big, flavors.
