The beer pours a hazy golden yellow. There is a half-inch of
white, foamy head, with a whipped egg white quality to it. The aroma is citrus,
tangy, light spice, light toasted wheat.
I’m getting the “White” ale part, but not the “IPA” part, from the
aroma. The taste follows the aromas, fairly mild flavors, but a rather intense
floral bitterness. It drinks crisp, intensely carbonated, refreshing. Other
than drinking refreshing, this is too mild in its flavors and aromas, yet too intensely bitter with not enough else to hold up that bitterness. I would not repeat.
