The beer pours a light amber and copper in color. There is a
tall, thick, foamy white to off-white head that leaves curtains of thick lacing
down the glass. The aroma is fruity, citrus, grassy, tangy, with jasmine
tea. The taste follows the aromas,
drinking bright and brassy, herbal, ending in a dry grapefruit and quinine
pithy bitterness that is quite intense.
The beer drinks smooth, yet with good carbonation.
