The beer pours light amber, and the color of dried apricots.
There is a relatively short head of white to off-white foam. The aroma is
citrusy, fruity, a touch of yeast, over crackery malt. The taste follows the
aromas, finishing dry and moderately bitter. The beer drinks smooth and easy.
This is a not much to write home about pale ale.
