The beer pours ruby and brown in color. There is a short
head of light tan foam. The aroma is tangy fruit, cherries, brown sugar,
caramel, woody. The taste follows the aromas, lots of sugars, roasted, but also
tangy and fruity. The beer drinks smooth and round, but with a tingle of
carbonation. The finish is dry and lightly to moderately bitter. This is one of those beers where I feel a bit bad that I have so little to say about it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, but it just doesn't inspire me to say much about it.
