The beer pours a hazed golden color. There is nearly an inch
of white foamy head. The aroma is highly spiced, loads of coriander, a bit
tart. The taste is actually more subdued, toasted wheat, spices, but lighter
than the aroma, with a very light tart note. There is a mild bitterness and
lingering spice on the finish. The beer drinks easy and crisply carbonated. They did a good representation of the style here, and the light tart note makes it more refreshing than the overly spiced versions you commonly find.
