The beer pours a hazy dried apricot and amber in color.
There is a tall, thick, foamy head of off-white. The aroma is light tropical
fruit, guava and passion fruit, lightly yeasty, with bready malt. The taste
hits the same notes as the aroma, but the tropical fruit turns ripe and rich,
much more present than in the aroma. Some dank muskiness also comes in, and
that bready malt is holding it all up. The finish is moderately bitter. The
beer drinks smooth and soft and round. I’m liking it more and more with every
sip; this is well done.
