The beer pours a pure yellow golden, just a shade darker
than champagne. There is a short and short-lived white head of foam. The aroma
is tart, a whiff of smoke, very lightly spiced. The taste is a delicate and
delicious balance of tartness and coriander, with just enough toasted wheat to
keep the tartness from taking off too much. It is lightly carbonated, nears a
vinous quality of fresh white wine, but much lighter. Exquisitely balanced,
well done.
