The beer pours an orange-amber in color. There is a
half-inch head of off-white foam. The aroma is bright, citrusy, orange, can
detect the oak, over a caramel malt, very pleasant. The taste follows the
aromas directly, first citrus and orange, fruity tang, but also sweetness,
toasted oak with woody dryness, all layered on a caramel malt. The beer is easy
to drink, softly carbonated, dry, with low bitterness. This is all around very
nice, and I liked it even more when I tried it again.
