The beer pours dark copper in color. There is a short-lived
head of off-white foam. The aroma is malty, lots of caramel. The taste follows
the aroma, this a beer of caramel, dark caramel, and then some more caramel,
with a grassy and moderately bitter finish to put an abrupt end to any chance
that it get overly sweet. It has a fine, tingling carbonation and drinks
refreshing.
