Balashi Chill
This 5.0% ABV beer is from the Balashi Brewery (Brouwerij Nacional Balashi) of Aruba. The beer pours pure golden in color with a tall half inch of
white head. The head is fizzy and not long lasting. The aroma is cracked corn
with light cooked vegetables, a bit of mineral chalk and very light grassiness.
The taste follows the aromas note for note. It is slightly sweet, bitterness nearly
nonexistent, rather just a light grassiness on the end, hint of dusty straw. It
is extremely carbonated, with a stinging refreshment. A good beach beer from Aruba .
