The beer pours a dark golden orange and apricot. There is
nearly an inch of bubbly off-white head. The aroma is citrus, lots of orange,
dank and piney, touch of apricot. The taste follows the aromas quite directly,
placing all the hops on a bed of caramel malt sufficient to support them. The
finish is dry and fairly bitter, yet still “wet.” It is medium bodied and
lightly carbonated, with the carbonation still apparent. Aroma, taste, mouthfeel,
everything, this is a pleasure to drink.
