Bavarian Lager.
The beer pours a pure
and clear dark golden in color. There is an inch of white foamy head. The aroma
is earthy straw and golden grain, a touch floral and sweet, grassy on the end.
The taste follows the aromas, even more sweetness in the grain, but with a dry,
yet soft, finish. The end is only lightly bitter, really just enough to cut the
sweetness. It has a nice medium-bodied and soft mouthfeel. Sweeter than your
average German lager.
