Evil Twin Falco IPA

Evil Twin Brewing has its origins in Denmark, but its beers are actually brewed at ten different breweries around the world. It is imported by Twelve Percent Imports. This one is brewed at Stratford, Connecticut, probably then at Two Roads Brewing. This is a 7.0% ABV India Pale Ale.

The beers a lightly hazed golden yellow in color. There is a tall, thick head of white foam. The aroma is very citrusy, lime, and passion fruit. The taste is solid toasted golden malt, citrus and passion fruit. It is quite bitter on the finish. It drinks smooth, but dry. An all around solid IPA.
