Big Sky Brush Tail

This 5.3% ABV farmhouse saison is a limited release from the Big Sky Brewing Company of Missoula, Montana. The beer pours honey golden in color with a head of thick white foam. The aroma is fruity, floral, lightly yeasty, with a honey sweet note and a bubblegum note. The flavor is floral, lightly herbal, note of bubblegum. It has an extremely dry finish. It is highly carbonated, perhaps too much. This one is not doing too much for me.
