Nectar IPA

This 6.7% ABV India Pale Ale is from Nectar Ales of Paso Robles, California. They have been brewing since 1987. The beer pours a clear dark copper in color. There is a half-inch of off-white head. The aroma is  fruity and creamy, like an orange dreamsicle, citrus tang, aromatic floral, a touch of grassiness, over caramel maltiness. The taste follows the aromas, citrus and tangy over ample malt. The finish is moderately bitter. It has "Little Red Riding Hood" carbonation - just right. While not a hop head's dream, this is absolutely solid in every way and quite delicious.
