Hite

This 4.5% ABV beer is from Hite Jinro of Seoul, South Korea. According to the bottle it is "Clean & Pure!" and uses a "Freezing Point Filtration System." The beer pours a light yellow golden in color. There is over an inch of pure white head, which dissipated quickly. The aroma is light grain, slightly sweet, yet tangy. The taste is lightly sweet grain, touch of honey, a bit of straw, with a smooth finish, neither sweet nor hoppy. It is very well carbonated. This is your basic adjunct lager.
