Two Brothers Prairie Path Golden Ale

The Two Brothers Brewing Company is in Warrenville, Illinois. This is a 5.1% ABV golden ale made with Belgian malts and Saaz and Golding hops. The beer pours a dark, honey golden in color. There is a short head of thick, white foam. The aroma is a slightly sweet malt and crisp, grassy hops. The taste follows the aromas, golden grain with a touch of honey sweetness, followed by a wave of grassy and quite bitter hops. It is both smooth, creamy and nicely carbonated in succession. The finish is crisp and bitter.
