KBC Pumpkin Ale

This 4.7% ABV ale with natural flavor added is from the Kennebunkport Brewing Company, is part of Shipyard Brewing, and is from Kennebunkport, Maine. I have only ever seen KBC beers at Trader Joe's.

The beer pours honey golden and orange in color. It is highly carbonated. There is a tall head of thick and creamy off-white foam. The aroma is of a nice, mild pale ale, with pumpkin and spices on top. The taste is of a slightly sweet, slightly floury pumpkin bread. The mouthfeel is light and carbonated, but not too light. The aftertaste is of pleasant pumpkin bread. This is the best pumpkin beer of the season so far (although I have several more to try yet).
