Hinterland Oktoberfest

Hinterland beers are from the Green Bay Brewing Company of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The beer is 5.8% ABV and pours a light brown to dark amber-orange in color. There is a short head of off-white foam, with a touch of creaminess. The aroma is malty, nutty and toasted. The taste is also a roasted, toasted, nutty malt, followed by a tangy note, and then a moderately bitter finish. It won't knock you out of your lederhosen, but it is a decent Oktoberfest beer.
