Birra Dolomiti

This 4.9% ABV lager is brewed by B.C.S.p.A. in Pedavena, Italy. It pours the color of watery iced tea, light chestnut, dark honey. There is almost no head and little carbonation. The aroma is malty grain, a bit of straw, a slight sweet note and a touch of funk. The taste follows the aromas, nice taste, but watery mouthfeel.  This needs more carbonation. In fairness, this bottle appears to be way past its freshness date.
