Ringside Beer All American Lager

Ringside Beer is from Saratoga Springs, New York.  This indicates a contract brew by the Olde Saratoga (Mendocino) Brewery.  There is very little information about this beer online, and even their own website is still under construction.

The beer pours a pale golden yellow in color.  There is a half inch of pure white head that dissipates somewhat rapidly.  The aroma is golden grains, roasted corn, with grassy, bitter hops.  The taste is malty golden grain, straw in an old wooden barn, with a fairly mild finish, not much bitterness.  The mouthfeel is well and crisply carbonated.  This is a decent American lager, I would drink it again.
