McNeill's Brewery is in Brattleboro, Vermont. This 5.5% ABV beer is described as a highly hopped ESB and it is bottle conditioned.
The beer pours a dark golden, light burnt orange in color. There is a short head of white foam. The aroma is malty, light caramel, with a light fruity, grassy tang. The taste is also tangy, a combination of fruity yeast and lightly fruity and grassy hops, over a noticeable malt, with a very bitter and dry finish.
