This Belgian golden ale is brewed and by bottled by the Brouwerij Sterkens Meer.

This 6.9% ABV beer pours yellow golden in color with a large head of white foam.  The aroma is clean and bright, fruity, lemony citrus, apricot and mandarin orange peel, all over smooth grain and some earthy yeast.  The taste is also fruity, lemony, some very light banana from the yeast.  The mouthfeel is very fine, champagne-like carbonation from the secondary fermentation in the bottle.  The taste is familiar for the style, yet still unique, much more lemony than ordinarily seen.
