The ingredients for this beer are all grown in Wisconsin. It is 7.0% ABV and pours a dark yellow golden in color, lightly hazy, with a whirlwind of carbonation. There is a very tall head of thick and creamy white foam. The aroma is malted golden grain and floral and grassy hops. It smells delicious. The taste follows the aromas, there is slightly sweet golden grain, aromatic floral notes, heading almost to citrus, with a grassy and bitter finish. The beer drinks refreshing, carbonated, yet creamy from the large head, with a dry finish. This is a really great American lager.
