This 7.3% ABV beer is a Belgian-style saison or farmhouse style beer. The bottle describes it as both rustic and refined. The beer pours a hazy neon yellow with a very large head of bubbling pure white foam. The aroma is fruity, citrusy, yeasty, but not overly so, somewhat sweet, somewhat tart, grassy, over fresh golden grains. The taste is full of fruity yeast, citrus, clove and banana, herbal, tart, but with a touch of floral honey, over a harvest of golden grain. This beer has a lot going on, but in a complex and not a busy way. It is a very well-done beer. I generally don't like a beer this yeasty, but this one works for me.
