21st Amendment Bitter American

The 21st Amendment Brewery has their beers brewed and canned at the Cold Springs Brewery in Cold Springs, MN.

This 4.4% ABV beer is a sessionable extra pale ale, a seasonal release, and features a monkey in space suit.  So far, so good.  The beer pours a nice bright orange-copper in color.  There is a tall quarter-inch of creamy head, off-white to light brown in color that leaves dense lacing down the glass.  The aroma is hoppy, tropical fruits, orange cream, tea with lemon.  The taste follows the aromas, the beer drinks flavorful, yet light, creamy mouthfeel, and a moderately bitter finish.  Very nice!
