This 5.5% ABV beer pours copper in color with a massive, billowing head of off-white foam. The aroma is a little fruity, mostly sour. It is described as fruity, with a nose of citrus and rye. It is bottle conditioned and this bottle may be off, indicated by the sour aroma and massive head. The taste is tart, somewhat fruity, spicy rye, almost smokey, sour.
