This 7.5% ABV beer pours a dark copper-amber-orange in color. There is a short creamy head of thick, off-white foam. The aroma is fruity, cherries and dried apricots, floral, and slightly sweet dark caramel. The taste follows the aromas, has a rich, caramel maltiness and a very bitter and dry finish. This is on the sweet side for an IPA.
