Flying Dog Garde Dog Biere De Garde

This 5.5% ABV beer is from the Flying Dog Brewery of Frederick, Maryland.

The beer pours dark golden, with almost a  hint of copper, and three-quarters of an inch of pure white foam that settles down at a medium pace.  The aroma is zesty, slightly spicy and very yeasty.  The taste is zesty, very yeasty, and with a solid background of biscuity malt.  If you like yeasty tasting beers, this would be a good summer refresher for you.
