Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA

The Dogfish Head Brewery is in Milton, Delaware. This is their 9.0% ABV Imperial India Pale Ale.

The beer pours a clear dark copper. There is an inch of off-white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, citrus, a touch of tropical, and a bit of dank. The taste follows the aromas, hitting the same notes, deeply malty, with a subtle blast of hops. The finish is partly sweet, partly dry, with moderate bitterness. The beer drinks smooth, with soft carbonation, and a big body.
