Boulder Bump 'n' Rind

This is a 5.6% ABV kolsch-style ale brewed with watermelon. It is from the Boulder Beer Company of Boulder, Colorado. 

The beer pours a very light champagne golden. There is a half-inch of thin white head. The aroma is mild, very light watermelon over light toasted grain golden ale. The taste provides a much bigger bump of watermelon flavor, over a solid base of golden grain kolsch. The finish is dry and moderately bitter. The beer drinks soft, yet crisp.
