Summit Wit

This 4.8% ABV Belgian-style white ale is brewed with citrus peel, grains of paradise, and coriander. It is from the Summit Brewing Company of St. Paul, Minnesota.  It was part of their recent Boundary Waters mixed twelve pack (see the great packaging below). 

The beer pours a hazed honey in color. There is a half-inch of white head. The aroma is floral, spices, toasted wheat, and light citrus. The taste follows the aromas exactly. The finish is dry with a light floral bitterness. The beer drinks easy. Solid and well done, like all Summit beers.
