Lucid Goslar

This gose style beer is from Lucid Brewing of Minnetonka, Minnesota. Gose is a German style from Leipzig that uses salt and coriander in a tart beer. 

The beer pours a lightly hazed yellow in color. There is over a half-inch of thick, foamy white head. The beer looks a bit like a lemon meringue. The aroma is coriander, fresh and whole, tangy, lemony, a bit mineraly. The taste is tart, very lemony, pleasant salt mineral note, lip smacking tartness with coriander in the fade. The beer drinks easy and refreshing. This is a very nice take on the gose style, and worth trying.
