The beers a hazy honey golden orange in color. There is a
huge billowing hefeweizen head of white foam. The aroma is yeasty, tangy,
banana, banana bread, toasted wheat. The taste is like a rich banana bread with
a yeasty tang. It has a tangy, yet dry finish, with a moderate bitterness. The
end is a bit spicy, with some heat from the alcohol. It is medium bodied, but
with an intense, fine carbonation. This is pretty damn fine.
