Ninkasi Brewing Tricerahops Double IPA

The Ninkasi Brewing Company is in Eugene, Oregon. The Sumerians were among the first to ferment beer, and their associated goddess was Ninkasi.

This 8.8% ABV double India pale ale pours copper-amber-orange in color. It has an inch of creamy off-white head. The aroma is fruity and spicy, very citrusy, floral.  The taste is zesty and citrusy over a solid malt base, with some caramel, and an extremely bitter and dry finish.
