Stoudts American Pale Ale

The Stoudts Brewing Company is in Adamstown, Pennsylvania.  This beer is 4.1% ABV and has been the brewery's best seller for ten years running.  I like the washed out American flag design.

The beer pours a bright orange golden in color.  There is an inch of creamy, thick and foamy head that is off-white in color.  The aroma is light tropical fruit and citrus over a subtle bed of malt.  The taste is light and fresh, floral and citrus over a light caramel malt, with a tangy and then bitter finish.  The beer is light in the mouth, with just the right amount of carbonation, and finishes crisp and dry.  This is a nice easy drinker.
