The beer pours a burnt orange-brown in color. There is a tall, boiling head of thick and creamy foam, off-white in color. The aroma is spicy, peppery, fruity, slightly sweet. The taste is tart, fruity, tangy, and a little yeasty. It is effervescently carbonated and quite dry. This is a very nice example of the style and tasty to boot.
