Magic Hat Blind Faith IPA On Tour Limited Engagement

The Magic Hat Brewing Company is in South Burlington, Vermont and this is part of their year long "Tour of IPA's" that will feature four different special IPA's.

This 6.2% ABV beer pours a glowing orange-brown, nearing ruby-brown.  It has a half-inch of thick, foamy off-white head.  The aroma is dark stone fruits, burnt caramel malt, and ice tea with light lemon.  The taste is predominantly dark caramel malt, with some fruitiness and a dry and bitter finish.  This was just at its "best before" date, so it may have been a somewhat different IPA a few months ago.
