Lion Bridge TAG Lemonade Wheat

This 4.2% ABV lemonade wheat ale is from the Lion Bridge Brewing Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The beer pours a cloudy yellow with orange tints. There is nearly an inch of white head that fizzles down. It is very effervescently carbonated, with bubbles sticking to all sides of the glass. The aroma is lemon meringue pie, or lemon curd on toast. The taste follows the aromas, lemon, toasty, sweet, and tangy. There is a moderate bitterness on the finish. The beer drinks easy, smooth, yet fully and finely carbonated.
