Carroll Brewing Weissbier

This 4.2% ABV wheat beer is from the Carroll Brewing Company of Carroll, Iowa. 

The beer pours a bit hazy, yellow, dark golden, with a touch of orange. There is an inch of white head, not long lasting. It is very well carbonated. The aroma is toasted wheat, with some citrus, orange. The taste follows the aromas, ending with a fairly strong grassy bitterness that adds a tonic-like refreshment. The beer drinks easy and thirst quenching. This is a great beer for the summer.
