Toppling Goliath NugMo IPA

The Toppling Goliath Brewing Company is in Decorah, Iowa. This is a 6.8% ABV India Pale Ale that uses Mosaic, Sabro, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops. 

The beer pours like a cloudy white grapefruit juice with an inch of white foam head. The aroma is juicy, orange, citrus, blueberries, and pineapple. The taste follows the aromas, fruity, juicy, and adding in a bit of dankness. The finish is fairly bitter. The body is sweet and juicy, but ends nicely refreshing with the just-right bitterness. The beer drinks round and smooth, with moderate carbonation that adds refreshment without cutting off the softness.
