North Coast Tart Cherry Berliner Weisse

This 4.1% berliner weisse style beer is from the North Coast Brewing Company of Fort Bragg, California. 

The beer pours a salmon pink in color. There is a short lived head of white foam. The aroma is light tartness and lighter cherry. The taste is deep tart cherry, well flavored, and then a bit of stylistic extra tartness on the dry finish. The beer drinks soft and easy, with tingling carbonation. This is delicious.
