Exile Bearded Beast

This 6.6% ABV New England style IPA is from the Exile Brewing Company  of Des Moines, Iowa. It is brewed with Mosaic hops.

The beer pours thickly hazy and dark orange. There is a short head of white to off-white foam. The aroma is big, ripe, juicy, a bit tropical. The taste is ripe tropical melon and citrus. There is light bitterness on the finish. The beer drinks soft, rich, smooth, with tingling carbonation.
