Harviestoun Schiehallion

This is a warm fermented lager by Harviestoun Brewery of Hillfoots Village, Scotland.

This 4.8% ABV beer pours a bright and deep golden in color.  There is a short head of white foam.  The aroma is clean and bright, citrus, grassy, golden grain.  The taste is clean, light and fruity and grassy, citrus, over golden grain, with a crisply bitter finish.  This is a really great hop-fruity lager.  If you like New Belgium Shift, Narragansett Summer Ale and similar beers, you will really like this one too.
