Carroll Brewing Kolsch

This 4.8% ABV kolsch-style ale is from the Carroll Brewing Company of Carroll, Iowa. 

The beer pours a pure golden in color with over an inch of dazzling white foam head. The aroma is golden toasted grain, fresh hard crust bread, light hay. The taste follows the aromas, adding in honey and apples. There is a moderately bitter grassy finish. The beer drinks very crisp and refreshing. This is a tasty guzzler!
