Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

The Dogfish Head Brewery is in Milton, Delaware. This is their flagship India Pale Ale, and it has 6.0% ABV.

The beer pours a clear, light copper and amber in color. There is nearly an inch of white, foamy head. The aroma is bright, citrus, with lighter pineapple and pine. The taste follows the aromas, citrus, juice, pith, and rind, with some pine on the end. The finish is dry and fairly bitter. The flavors are well balanced. The beer drinks easy, refreshing, perfectly carbonated.
